Key Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of net interest margin dynamics, funding strategies, and capital management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, ALM systems).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel III, SOX, and local banking regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- CFA or CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with risk management systems and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
