Key Responsibilities

- Analyze equipment failure pareto and carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and efficiency improvement
- Provide technical support on equipment capacity enhancement
- Perform analysis, organize, and perform retrofits for equipment installation and relocation
- Study of Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
- High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind
- Technical Skills and Competencies in Wafer fabrication process
- Basic troubleshooting and hands on experience
- Understanding SPC concept, fault detection system (Masteria) and other engineering applications for analysis & troubleshooting
- 5S concept and other troubleshooting methodology for LEAN manufacturing
- Work in a team involving different background process and maintenance
