Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation for IME programs including semiconductor wet cleaning, wet etch, CMP, and ECP wet processes.

Requirements

  • Doctor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor process engineering; OR
  • Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor process engineering, specifically related to wet process modules.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and problem-solving methods.
  • Managerial skills regarding technical roadblocks and human resource arrangement are required.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong safety mindset is a prerequisite for this position.
