Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation for IME programs including semiconductor wet cleaning, wet etch, CMP, and ECP wet processes.
- Conceive and plan projects involving the definition and selection of new materials, concepts, and approaches for process development.
- Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.

- Lead Wet clean / etch, CMP and ECP module teams.
Requirements
- Doctor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor process engineering; OR
- Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor process engineering, specifically related to wet process modules.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and problem-solving methods.
- Managerial skills regarding technical roadblocks and human resource arrangement are required.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong safety mindset is a prerequisite for this position.
