Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high-quality outcomes.

- Develop chemical biology approaches to confirm target engagement of small molecules with proteins in vitro and in cellular systems.

- Maintain detailed, accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in wet lab research, including mammalian cell culture and cellular assays (Western Blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, TURBO-ID).
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as CRISPR knockout screen and cell-based fluorescence imaging.
- Competency in bioanalytical techniques, including ligand binding assays.
- Ability to apply chemical biology approaches to drive research projects.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, including scientific writing, presentations, and project management.
