Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of data cohorts that could be supported by BDH by surveying local and overseas scientific and innovation activities
- Maintain and drive BDH product and development roadmap
- Map user journeys and workflows for entire data lifecycle and define standard processes for data on-boarding, management, analysis and off-boarding
- Create specifications for development and services teams to implement
- Create and maintain controlled forms and document templates
- Create and maintain standard toolset for BDH analytical environment
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Strong people skills
- Detailed and process oriented
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Basic financial and accounting literacy, including the ability to conduct benefit/cost analysis
- MS Office proficiency (esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous product management and/or services management experience a plus
- Working knowledge of data science / analytics software (e.g. R, Python) and related libraries
- Previous experience in bioinformatics and/or data science strongly desired
