Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional controller for AP DX Customer Services with responsibility for aggregated service cost structures (labour, non-labour, overheads) and regional performance transparency and comparability across countries.
  • Drive regional standardization of financial processes, KPIs, and reporting to reduce fragmentation and manual effort, including the usage of latest tools and AI technologies.
  • Coordinate MTA / MBR, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews at regional level, ensuring consistency between RHQ, Zone, and country perspectives.
  • Serve as the financial integrator between countries, Zone, and Regional DX CS Finance.
  • End-to-end ownership of AP DX CS management cost center controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals monitoring, headcount planning, FTE cost transparency, and productivity tracking.
  • Ensure disciplined cost development, early risk identification, and mitigation planning; support leadership decision-making through scenario modelling and cost-impact analysis.
  • Partner closely with Service Operations and Business Excellence to translate operational initiatives into measurable financial impact and define, track, and govern productivity and efficiency KPIs.
  • Support Service Transformation initiatives including footprint optimization, capacity and utilization improvements, and standardization and digitalization of service processes.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the Regional DX CS Head, Finance Head and leadership team; prepare and orchestrate regional performance reviews including cost, productivity, and profitability drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure financial transparency, compliance, and audit readiness across AP DX CS; oversee service-related accruals and provisions, balance sheet quality, and drive risk and opportunity management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, ideally in business/performance controlling, service, operations, or complex matrix environments.
  • Proven experience in regional or multi-country roles.
  • Strong exposure to cost centre controlling and headcount management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance steering.
  • Experience partnering with operations/service organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, standardization, and efficiency.
  • Confident business partner with the maturity to challenge constructively.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and seniority levels.
  • High level of systems affinity (e.g., ERP, planning tools, BI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
  • MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within AP as required (approx. 20%).
