Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner
- Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space
- Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection
- Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
- Handle other ad hoc requests pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents
- Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics
- Details oriented team player
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision
- Faster learner and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements
