Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support IAM initiatives emphasizing IGA solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Drive secure integration practices during application onboarding, ensuring alignment with enterprise identity architecture and compliance requirements.
- Engage with client stakeholders to assess application landscapes, existing access governance frameworks, and define onboarding strategies.
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of IGA solutions across enterprise and SaaS applications.
- Ensure integrations follow identity security best practices and align with standards such as Zero Trust and least privilege access.
- Contribute to successful IGA project delivery through documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk identification.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with SailPoint or equivalent IGA solutions.
- Proven understanding of application onboarding and integration best practices.
- Strong grasp of identity lifecycle and access governance principles.
- Familiarity with federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC, WS-Fed).
- Knowledge of authentication policies, MFA enforcement, and session security.
- Ability to troubleshoot identity-related issues across complex environments.
