Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of parts meet specification requirements
- Ensure proper work clearance, correctness and completeness
- Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station
- Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluation, investigations, audits related activities
- Collect data, feedback on the quality of parts inspected to the Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections, and set area management of the parts
- Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Verify completion of all maintenance tasks
- Issue ARC to release components back to service
Requirements
- Pass CAAS M10, SAR-66 [CO2, TM1 and M15]
- 2 years relevant MRO work experience in repair of aircraft engine components
- Practicing certifying staff in recent 6 months
- Knowledge of CAAS, EASA, FAA regulations
- From C-rating MRO company is an advantage
