Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in developing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with key business priorities to unlock value.
  • Support the development of IT Operating Models, defining strategic aims, roles, governance, processes, and controls for the IT function.
  • Assess application landscapes and define target state architectures and platform roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Identify deployment strategies for next-generation technologies to enhance client value propositions.
  • Shape and run major IT Transformation programs, including establishing a Transformation Office to deliver business and technology initiatives.
  • Support large international M&A deals by covering due diligence, Day 1 strategy, planning, operating model, architecture, and post-Day 1 optimization.
  • Advise clients on IT Sourcing strategies to optimize service delivery models and execute sourcing options.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to engage with high-profile banking clients on complex technology and business challenges.
  • Experience in defining technology strategy, architecture, and operating models for incumbent or neo-banks.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry challenges and transformation needs.
  • Ability to lead technology workstreams within large-scale programs (e.g., M&A, Cloud Transformation).
  • Proven advisory skills in guiding clients through their transformation journeys.
  • Commitment to delivering impactful solutions grounded in implementation learnings.
