Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with key business priorities to unlock value.
- Support the development of IT Operating Models, defining strategic aims, roles, governance, processes, and controls for the IT function.
- Assess application landscapes and define target state architectures and platform roadmaps to meet business objectives.
- Identify deployment strategies for next-generation technologies to enhance client value propositions.
- Shape and run major IT Transformation programs, including establishing a Transformation Office to deliver business and technology initiatives.
- Support large international M&A deals by covering due diligence, Day 1 strategy, planning, operating model, architecture, and post-Day 1 optimization.
- Advise clients on IT Sourcing strategies to optimize service delivery models and execute sourcing options.
Requirements
- Proven ability to engage with high-profile banking clients on complex technology and business challenges.
- Experience in defining technology strategy, architecture, and operating models for incumbent or neo-banks.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry challenges and transformation needs.
- Ability to lead technology workstreams within large-scale programs (e.g., M&A, Cloud Transformation).
- Proven advisory skills in guiding clients through their transformation journeys.
