Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, from requisition conversion to purchase order issuance.
- Aid in supplier engagement activities by creating and disseminating RFQs and RFIs via digital platforms.
- Support the analysis of purchase prices using Excel and specialized digital tools to identify cost efficiencies.
- Contribute to supplier relationship management, assisting with onboarding and performance evaluation in digital systems.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating supplier and other critical databases on a monthly or weekly basis.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to commit a minimum of 3 months, preferably 5-6 months.
