Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, from requisition conversion to purchase order issuance.

  • Maintain data integrity by regularly updating supplier and other critical databases on a monthly or weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 3 months, preferably 5-6 months.
