Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and coordinate with the Legal department to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare budgets, and monitor financial performance to support business decision-making
- Prepare reports, act as meeting secretariat, and develop procedures and protocols for effective governance
- Manage purchase requisitions, liaise with procurement department, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with bid requirements and timelines
- Perform any other duties to support governance or strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and interest are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and financial analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
