Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience designing, developing, and installing thermal control components for IC test equipment
  • Experience with automated IC test equipment (e.g., test handlers, system‑level test, thermal systems) preferred
  • Familiarity with test hardware such as probe cards, sockets, load boards, and change kits is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with groups and vendors
  • Self‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a multi‑tasking, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
