Key Responsibilities

Prepare photomask data that meets IC design requirements and fab equipment/process needs for photomask fabrication.
Translate customer requirements into a robust photomask solution suitable for wafer manufacturing.
Perform photomask data preparation using commercial CAD/EDA and in‑house software on Linux (e.g. GDSReticle, CATS, Calibre, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics and other data‑processing tools).
Extract photomask data and generate reports to support downstream process recipe automation.
Actively contribute to technical projects, working closely with engineers from other departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (solid understanding of engineering fundamentals).
On‑the‑job training will be provided.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Python, and experience with data analysis using SQL and Power BI, are strong pluses.
