Key Responsibilities
- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports from difficult process engineering experiments within safety guidelines.
- Perform hardware characterization on various complex systems while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
- Generate internal and external documentation, including product specifications, presentations, and technical reports.
- Interact with customers to resolve difficult process engineering issues with minimal supervision.
- Measure film properties and accurately interpret experimental data.
- Identify, select, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers under limited supervision.
- Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation into processes.
Requirements
- PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Relevant research experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Experience in CVD process development is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solver attitude with determination and a quality mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
