Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant firmware or embedded software development experience
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience, including managing managers or senior technical leads
  • Experience delivering firmware in complex, cross-functional product environments
  • Strong communication, planning, and execution skills
  • Demonstrated success scaling teams, developing leaders, and driving execution across multiple projects or components
  • Strong critical thinking and cross-organizational influence skills
  • Experience with Data Center SSD firmware, NAND flash, storage subsystems, or components related to media management
  • Experience driving firmware projects in a matrixed, global engineering environment
  • Demonstrated success in talent development and team scaling
