Key Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with Employee Central as a mandatory module and additional modules preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll or SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Experience working with global clients and leading diverse teams.
- End User requirement gathering & Stakeholder Management.
- Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
- Functional expertise in HCM areas including Payroll, OM, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting Management (RCM).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration.
- Must have either worked on Standard Reports in Learning Management system or Recruiting Management & Onboarding module.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
