Key Responsibilities
- Perform and follow up Equipment installation of new and transferred equipment and ensure its adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specification
- Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure Equipment are operating within specification and expected reliability
- Supervise, in the capacity of Tool Owner, to ensure designated tasks are performance according to specification
- Perform and follow up with schedule preventive maintenance and calibration program and ensure that it is performed in adherence to documented working procedures and in a timely manner
- Implement, recommend and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability program, to ensure it achieved expected results
- Carry out and recommend action plans to reduce cost of equipment maintenance activities
- Liaise with Equipment Vendors and third Party Suppliers in procuring necessary parts to carry out installation and servicing of Equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Relevant experience in equipment engineering or maintenance
- Experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab cleanroom equipment
- Experience in Wafer Handling Equipment
- Good Team player
- Positive working attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication with Peers
