Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and follow up Equipment installation of new and transferred equipment and ensure its adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specification
  • Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure Equipment are operating within specification and expected reliability
  • Supervise, in the capacity of Tool Owner, to ensure designated tasks are performance according to specification
  • Perform and follow up with schedule preventive maintenance and calibration program and ensure that it is performed in adherence to documented working procedures and in a timely manner
  • Implement, recommend and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability program, to ensure it achieved expected results
  • Carry out and recommend action plans to reduce cost of equipment maintenance activities
  • Liaise with Equipment Vendors and third Party Suppliers in procuring necessary parts to carry out installation and servicing of Equipment

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Relevant experience in equipment engineering or maintenance
  • Experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab cleanroom equipment
  • Experience in Wafer Handling Equipment
  • Good Team player
