Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of digital projects, including requirements gathering, task tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist Project Managers in monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, requirement documents, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Act as a key point of contact between business users, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review existing business processes to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, or efficiency improvements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot runs, and rollout activities for new digital solutions.
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reports to support governance and management oversight.
- Support coordination with external vendors on deliverables, schedules, documentation, and invoicing matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Systems, Business, Digital Transformation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, digital initiatives, or operations support.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
- Basic understanding of digital systems, process automation, or project management concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
