Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
- Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
- Prepare and support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations
- Describe Finance Policies and improve Finance Data & Standards and work towards implementation of enhancements within Finance Performance Management
- Determine the (digital) Finance strategy, design the Finance Operating Model and set up the Finance Governance to arm CFO offices for the future Finance Function
- Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Process Champion or Consultant
- Equipped with knowledge on ERP systems and functionalities, as it relates to major Finance business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional local language skills are considered an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience of leading team for projects and pursuits
