  • Facilitate R&D partnerships by matching industry needs with suitable research partners in the Singaporean community, from early discovery to manufacturing R&D.
  • Manage project lifecycle post-engagement, monitoring progress and mediating between institutions and companies to ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a broad network across academic research, clinical institutions, technology transfer offices, and public sector agencies in Singapore.
  • Drive and support industry engagement for national-level Human Health and Potential (HHP) RIE initiatives and key multi-institutional R&D programmes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Healthcare and Biomedical Sciences.
  • Background must be in research, clinical research/development, product development, or technology commercialization.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work independently with resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex topics, make sound judgments, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Effective and thoughtful communication skills are essential for stakeholder management.
  • Proactive, self-starting problem solver capable of taking initiative beyond the defined role.
  • Adaptable and willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve objectives.
