Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fair, thorough and neutral investigations into complex workplace issues.
- Handle sensitive allegations relating to discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and misconduct.
- Deliver clear, fact‑based investigation reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely case progression.
- Develop and shape Singapore's investigation protocols, ensuring consistently high standards, policy alignment and procedural fairness.
- Identify trends, emerging risks, and areas for additional guidance or policy enhancement.
- Recommend and implement preventive controls and procedural improvements.
- Conduct trainings for EY personnel.
- Build trusted relationships with Service Line leaders, Talent, Legal, Risk Management teams.
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership on case trends and key risks.
- Support and consult on cross-border investigations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, disciplinary procedures, and data protection regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, case documentation, and report writing skills.
- High emotional intelligence, able to navigate sensitive issues, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related fields.
