Key Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain automation architecture, including control loops, instrumentation, hardware, and communication networks.
- To design tooling and fixtures for automation of processing setups using CAD software.
- To perform system integration between sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- To conduct processing trials and experimental analysis to ensure process stability.
- To conduct troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- To coordinate with vendors, system integrators and customers for support deployment of systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
- Experiences in R&D or industrial manufacturing environment
- Experiences with design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be a plus
- Experiences with welding, WAAM, or other manufacturing processes will be a plus
- Experiences with coding for control and automation and knowledge on AI libraries and tool for data processing
- Understands design process control, system integration, automation, PLC control, machine to machine communication, and signal processing
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic environment with cross-functional project teams
- Able to critically think of solutions outside the box and communicate effectively
