Key Responsibilities
- Present standard or customized technical training courses at customer sites, involving potential domestic and international travel.
- Manage classroom and lab activities to ensure all course objectives are met while adhering to safety procedures.
- Develop technical training materials, including new courses for new products, through collaboration with System Business Units.
- Create customized training materials and new teaching media based on specific customer needs.
- Review system maintenance activities to ensure functionality supports course objectives and safety retrofits are installed.
- Serve as a technical resource, helping to market courses and build customer relationships by addressing satisfaction issues.
- Collaborate with product groups to obtain current information for course updates and represent the training organization in meetings.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering or related studies.
- Prior experience in training, particularly within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support training during second shifts when required.
