[Keppel Internship Programme 2026] Intern, DC Portfolio Management (June - Aug/Dec 2026)

Key Responsibilities

• The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assisting in Routine portfolio management activities like impact analysis and reporting 2) Support and Assist in Research, development and implementation of value creation projects 3) Support with ESG and sustainability initiatives 4) Assit with database model update and asset valuations Learning Outcomes: 1) Gaining insights and exposure on how data centres are operated and managed 2) Participating in the portfolio considerations in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio 3) Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset management teams JOB REQUIREMENTS (1) Self starter, independent worker and motivated to learn (2) Quick in grasping concepts and initiative to think of how to improve tasks / bring a fresh perspective to tasks assigned (3) Good in microsoft word, especially excel and powerpoint BUSINESS SEGMENT Connectivity PLATFORM Fund Management
