Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing efforts for ServiceNow implementations in the financial services domain
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium and other tools
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and ALM
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality
- Conduct test reviews and provide status reports to project management
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or similar
- Experience with test management tools like ALM, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of API testing using SoapUI or Postman
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ISTQB or CSTP certification preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is a plus
