Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates

- Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified and recording and communicating inventory levels
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics Management
- Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
- Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics
- A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
