Key Responsibilities
- Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to optimize and support Test Process operation in module to meet operation goals
- Develop and implements methods and/or procedures for test process control, and test process improvement for production
- Coordinate with Specialists to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that Standard Operating Procedures are strictly followed
- Design and operate sophisticated test equipment and/or test fixture, and ensure quality levels and minimized defects & failure rates
- Analyze reports and charts to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, and ensure that effective corrective actions are implemented and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs
- Create process job-files for test equipment for production set-up
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the module
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant education and/or 1 to 2 years of experience in Test engineering related or wafer-fab production
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- Physically fit and able to carry & attend to test fixture or equipment in cleanroom environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
