Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and/or perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration activities for production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operations
Conduct the necessary equipment and tool setup in molding machines to meet production requirements, ensuring optimal performance
Perform process or equipment troubleshooting and assist the engineering team with validation activities to resolve any operational issues
Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities as required for production equipment, ensuring full compliance with operational standards
Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting existing maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity
Support other departments in ensuring that new projects and equipment are delivered, installed, and maintained on time and to the highest standard
Perform any other tasks or duties as required to support the team and operations

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices, with the ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings
Proven experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, ensuring equipment is always in optimal working condition
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across teams
Solid understanding of computer systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
