Key Responsibilities
- Design and characterization of devices to meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Integration and optimization of new devices with minimal impact to other devices, if any.
- Design of new test structures and implementation of test methodologies.
- Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device model.
- Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results.
- Detailed analysis of E-Test data and characterization results.
Requirements
- Masters + at least 5 years of relevant device experience OR PhD + at least 3 years of relevant device experience.
- Proficiency in layout and design rules.
- Experience in detailed electrical characterization of devices.
- Ability to work well in global cross-functional teams.
