Key Responsibilities

Design advanced layout solutions that enable the achievement of industry leading Space Efficiency and Wafer Output
Manage early stage layout analysis to determine the most suitable locations for technology deployment
Lead a global network of Layout teams across multiple geographic locations to achieve best in class performance
Drive global collaboration and alignment of Layout practices through the establishment of a Layout Copy Smart Team, maintain and track global layout metrics, and provide future forecasts
Drive layout innovation by establishing the latest tool design/layout practices and adhere to the usage of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Collaborate with process equipment teams to establish next generation tool designs that enable optimal cleanroom and sub-fab layout opportunities
Provide individual site layout support to enable the achievement of business objectives
Promote a culture of health and safety by evaluating practices, procedures, and designs to ensure we are executing to required safety standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
10 Years of recent Semiconductor experience specifically focused in fab layout, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Fab disciplines
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Direct experience with Green Field fab design and proven track record or improving production tool space density and wafer output
Knowledgeable in Autodesk AutoCAD 2022 or higher
Proven track record of managing process tool placement that maximizes fab output by reducing cross fab transportation requirements and tool idle time
Five years’ experience leading projects
Project Management Professional PMP Certification is preferred but not required
