Requirements

  • A background in a technical/engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge in a broad range of decarbonization technologies, trends, trade-offs, challenges, and potentials.
  • Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments under challenging timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, result-orientation, and resourcefulness with astute planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze issues from multiple angles, and devise comprehensive solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Track record of leadership, people development, and mentoring junior officers.
