Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic planning, coordination, and collaborations for Sustainability & Energy R&D with various Ministries, Public Agencies, Research Institutes, and industry sectors.

- Oversee the development and review of technology capabilities across all A*STAR Research Institutes.
- Evaluate research proposals, conduct project reviews, and manage ongoing projects.
Requirements
- A background in a technical/engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge in a broad range of decarbonization technologies, trends, trade-offs, challenges, and potentials.
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments under challenging timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, result-orientation, and resourcefulness with astute planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze issues from multiple angles, and devise comprehensive solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Track record of leadership, people development, and mentoring junior officers.
