Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for day-to-day operations fulfillment of all Quality/cGMP systems and policies within Logistics & Dispensing.
- Manage projects for the department, including preparing and updating departmental goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Inculcate a culture of Right First Time and drive timely closure of deviation investigations with respective teams.
- Review and approve required SOPs and documents to ensure strict compliance.
- Liaise with other Manufacturing plants in the Biologics OpU network to harmonize processes and operations.
- Represent the department and plant in all internal and external audits while maintaining audit readiness.
- Plan shipments and forecast the most efficient methods for transporting goods/products.
- Manage product distribution and shipment, ensuring timely review of documents and management of customs events.
- Ensure appropriate validations are performed and that Warehouse & Dispensing environments/storage areas are controlled and monitored.
- Develop, enhance, and ensure adherence to local Supply Chain processes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day logistics and dispensing operations.
- Strong understanding of Quality/cGMP systems and policies.
- Experience in supply chain operations management.
- Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a team.
- Experience in budget management and goal attainment tracking.
- Proficiency in process harmonization across manufacturing sites.
