Key Responsibilities

Respond to contract inquiries and negotiate legal terms and conditions with our customers
Multitask multiple contract negotiations and legal matters at a time
Develop strong partnerships within the Legal department, and with Sales, Product, Contracts and Accounting teams, amongst others

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating legal and commercial terms with customers or suppliers
Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal), as this role supports the Japan market
Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and sound judgment
Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to learn and navigate proprietary systems and tools quickly
