Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and characterize back-end processes to reduce variance, improve stability, and support production scaling.
- Actively drive and participate in process automation projects to enhance efficiency.

- Define and maintain critical process frameworks, including Process Flows, FMEA, OJTI, and OCAP.

Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Robotic Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally 1+ year in Semiconductor Manufacturing
- Fresh graduates with strong academic projects are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or Power BI)
