Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employees involved in production functions such as assembly, inspection, test, and final test for capital equipment and components.
- Prioritize production schedules based on manpower availability, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
- Serve as an interface for customer/vendor requirements, ensuring conformance and providing detailed analysis of cost of quality opportunities.
- Oversee the prevention of employee accidents and injuries, ensuring compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.

- Support capacity optimization planning and monitor manufacturing processes that collect and report key measurement data in real-time.
- Drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives by identifying process changes to improve manufacturing capabilities and taking corrective action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- More than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or equipment manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of fab operations, process integration, and advanced manufacturing systems (MES, SPC, APC).
- Proven success in leading large teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
