Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new processes (TMR/RRAM) by collaborating with cross-functional teams including process module, device, TCAD, product, and fab operation.
- Integrate new processes, design test structures, and create new process flows (STF, ECN, etc.) while defining new ET and inline specifications during technology development.

- Develop and implement process control and inspection methods to ensure product freedom from flaws and proper functionality.
Requirements
- Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
