Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end‑to‑end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Manage and configure ServiceNow modules in line with client requirements and best‑practice standards.
  • Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
  • Analyse complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring programme outcomes align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with practical experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles, with strong exposure to ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalogue, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, IRM & SecOps, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly advantageous.
  • Proven technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
