Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Manage and configure ServiceNow modules in line with client requirements and best‑practice standards.
- Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
- Analyse complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring programme outcomes align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with practical experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles, with strong exposure to ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalogue, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, IRM & SecOps, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly advantageous.
- Proven technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities in parallel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
