Key Responsibilities
- Interface with sales team/marketing monitor any business changes and ensure timely build plan adjustment
- Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material support
- Plans, schedules, coordinates the overall business plan of products through the complete production build cycle
- MRP loading / validation, shipment (Sales order hold releases), co-ordinates activities with various functional groups
- Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
- Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP, PowerBI)
- Knowledge on Excel macro will be bonus
- Analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to work with a variety of offshore locations
- Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy
