Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership on complex tax advisory engagements, including M&A, cross‑border transactions, restructurings, IPOs, and tax risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by delivering commercially aligned, forward‑looking tax strategies that support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Drive practice growth through business development, client relationship management, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams while collaborating across Tax, Audit, and Advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging tax developments, including BEPS 2.0, and assess their impact on clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in local corporate tax and/or international tax advisory.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex engagements.
- Strong technical expertise combined with proven commercial acumen and the ability to translate tax considerations into strategic business advice.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong track record of developing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
