Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI readiness assessments, workforce impact analysis, and adoption roadmaps for clients.
- Identify opportunities for responsible AI deployment across business and operating models.
- Shape and implement AI-enabled role, skills, and capability frameworks.
- Design future-state operating models, governance structures, capability models, and organisational blueprints.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical transformation pathways and implementation plans.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and change oriented decision-making.
- Develop skills-based workforce approaches including career pathways, internal mobility frameworks, and talent marketplaces.
- Support clients in building AI fluency, enterprise learning programmes, and capability academies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes across the transformation lifecycle.
- Drive the build-out of program materials including workshop content, communications, and leadership artefacts.
- Manage ecosystem partners and cross-regional teams where required.
- Contribute to Workforce Transformation assets, methodologies, and AI enabled delivery toolkits.
Requirements
- A good university degree or MBA.
- Min 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting or industry roles focused on operating model transformation, workforce strategy, organisation design, or AI-enabled transformation.
- You have excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment.
- Project experience in ASEAN region or global markets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
