Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to update critical business reports and dashboards
  • Analyze Asia Pacific Customer Backlog (CBL) data and work with the Sales Logistics team to ensure data accuracy
  • Perform data validation, identify root causes, and resolve issues to improve order fulfillment and reduce operational-related claims
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, Window Functions, JOINs) for data extraction and transformation
  • Extract and interpret SAP reports to support operational processes
  • Maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards, including SQL script enhancements and DAX optimizations across O2C topics
  • Develop Python scripts to automate manual data transformation activities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot dashboard and data-related issues
  • Work with central teams and stakeholders to support sales and operational objectives
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of reporting and analysis outputs
  • Support stakeholders in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Available full-time for 7 months (01.06.2026 – 29.01.2027)
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong understanding of operations; proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in task execution
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (Macros preferred)
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools, SQL, and Python is required
