Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international key accounts in the data center segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including forecasting and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international account management or sales, preferably in critical power, data center, or electrical infrastructure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong understanding of data center power infrastructure and critical power solutions (UPS, batteries, switchgear, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
