Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the productivity, utilization and efficiency of the workshop technical officers
- Oversee and optimise workshop processes to ensure high staff productivity, utilization and efficiency in bus maintenance
- Prepare monthly operational reports for management reporting and information
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators of bus fleet are met: Bus breakdown on service (ensure QoS 1.3 target is achieved)
- Ensure smooth implementation and timely completion of projects for buses
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Ensure Technical Officers replace parts in accordance to maintenance requirements
- Monitor, review and upgrade technical competencies of Technical Officers
- Ensure consistent engagement and communications between the Management and the Technical Officers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
- Fresh graduate or inexperience with the right attitude will also be considered
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
