Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with external collaborators to align on KPI's, startups, and industry partners to align project goals, timelines, and strategies

  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.
  • Proven track record in managing software medical device development projects from inception to regulatory approval.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry, including ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 for medical device software lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations, cyber security requirements.
  • Good understanding of Integration and workflow requirements.
  • Knowledge of HCIT interoperability and integration standards. (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
  • Knowledge in Tiered technical, communication and Security architecture.
  • Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g. PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
