Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with external collaborators to align on KPI's, startups, and industry partners to align project goals, timelines, and strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation and compliance records according to process
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.
- Proven track record in managing software medical device development projects from inception to regulatory approval.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry, including ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 for medical device software lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations, cyber security requirements.
- Good understanding of Integration and workflow requirements.
- Knowledge of HCIT interoperability and integration standards. (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
- Knowledge in Tiered technical, communication and Security architecture.
- Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g. PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
