Key Responsibilities
- Drive OSAT Operations Planning and Control (OPC) and backend OPC process harmonization between sites and subcontractors, reducing complexity and ensuring consistency.
- Lead and manage subcontractor Process Integration projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks.
- Act as the point of escalation for team members, stakeholders, and subcontractor partners, resolving high-priority issues and mitigating risks.
- Identify potential challenges early, assess their impact, and develop strategies to resolve them effectively.
- Oversee performance management, encourage development through coaching and training, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Manage integration of operations into ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred), ensuring seamless data flow, consistent functionality, and improved user experience.
- Align system functionality to meet evolving process requirements and enable long-term scalability.
- Lead process deployment and integration into new subcontractor sites, ensuring operational readiness and scalability.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
- Min. 5 years of relevant leadership / management role experience, preferably from semiconductor / electronics industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams.
- Expertise in developing and standardizing processes across operations, with a track record of implementing systems integration initiatives.
- Strategic mindset for reducing complexity and variability, improving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
- Knowledgeable in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience is highly preferred) with the ability to translate process requirements into effective system solutions.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, test assembly operations, production planning, and vendor/subcontractor management (is preferred).
