Key Responsibilities
- Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings in RF-SOI, and RF-SiGe technologies using risk based thinking and latest developments RF device reliability physics.
- Develop Safe Operating Area (SOA) models for RF switches and Power Amplifiers
- Drive root cause analysis of reliability test, initiate failure analysis work, propose corrective actions, and continually update FMEAs
- Prepare qualification plans and reports for both internal and external customers
- Function as a technical resource for reliability lab operations
- Coordinate logistics in preparing samples, allocating test time, reviewing test data, initiating the FA process
Requirements
- An advanced Degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or other applicable field
- BS + 4-5 years of experience or MS + 2-4 years
- PhD + 1-2 year of semiconductor technology and product reliability engineering experience with RF
- A strong foundation of device and reliability physics, accelerated testing methodology, and reliability modelling methodology.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to drive solutions to reliability challenges.
