Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support turnaround and restructuring engagements for clients in financial or operational distress

- Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and client pitches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or corporate finance advisory
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with distressed M&A, debt restructuring, or insolvency processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
