Key Responsibilities

You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
You will be expose to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools What will you do?
Analyze internal business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc.
Support salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics / Computer Engineering/IT related or similar / Master / MBA
Skills/Systems Knowledge: Data Analytics / Strong digital skills / Business Acumen / Excel, Salesforce Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
