Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on day to day operational SAP system issues to ensure shipment release within cut off and operational needs
- Champion change management, UAT, cutover readiness, and hypercare stabilization
- Support FedEx ECSHIP, UPS PLD200, myDHL API, and related carrier integrations; resolve system errors
- Build and automate dashboards (OTD, DIFOT, order cycle time, pick productivity, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, freight cost per kg/order, CO2e per shipment)
- Align with global standards, cascade new processes to business teams, and provide training
Requirements
- 5–8+ years end‑to‑end logistics experience
- 3+ years on SAP S/4HANA
- Preferably in Semiconductor / High Tech industry
- Proficiency in MM, SD, EWM, TM, IDoc/EDI
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management
- Dedicated, can-do spirit with reasonable threshold for stress
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
